Completely refurbished and opened in July 2021, this beautiful cottage sleeps 6 adults plus a baby and is dog friendly. It is a 4 minute walk from the Blue Flag Beach at Sutton on Sea and less than 10 minutes from the high street.
Accommodation
All towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.
A highchair and travel cot are available for use on request.
Kitchen/Diner
The kitchen has an island with two bar stools and is fully equipped with integrated appliances - fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, ceramic hob, oven and microwave. A kettle, toaster, crockery, saucepans, cutlery and utensils are also provided. There is also a dining table and five chairs.
Twin bedroom
The twin room contains two single beds with wardrobe, storage and a wall mounted smart TV.
Lounge area
The lounge area has a two seater sofa, two arm chairs and a footstool. There is a large wall mounted smart TV and free
Wi-Fi. French doors open from this space onto the private rear garden.
Shower rooms
The property boasts two modern shower rooms, each with a sink, toilet and a corner shower cubicle.
King size bedrooms
There are two comfy king-sized bedrooms at Seaways. Both have hanging and drawer storage. One has a dressing table with mirror, the other a wall mounted smart TV. A hair dryer is also provided.
Garden
At the rear of the property is a private, enclosed garden with a generous lawn and patio area. Garden furniture and a gas BBQ are provided. To the side of the property is a private driveway providing parking for two cars.
